What you achieve

Whether it’s choosing the right investment solution or financing their own home: you support our customers in realising their dreams. Listen attentively to their needs, empathise with their life situation, and find the optimal solution – personally and in partnership. You can combine the best from our wide range of insurance and banking products.

• You competently and needs-orientedly accompany our customers in the individual private customer segment in the areas of liquidity management, pension provision, assets, and financing. You integrate insurance services and offerings from our partnerships into your overall advice, always in close cooperation with your colleagues from the bank and insurance.
• You consistently implement the market approach defined by the team with great energy and passion; this in the Olten/Solothurn/Seeland region.
• You develop your own client portfolio in collaboration with the insurance department.
• You identify potentials that you either exploit yourself or pass on to our Private Bankers for further support.

What you bring

• Completed banking training and/or further education in banking or finance
• Business management further education is an advantage, e.g. Higher Technical College for Business or University of Applied Sciences
• At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting in the banking or financial sector
• SAQ certification (Individual Customer Advisor profile)
• Willingness to travel: You meet with colleagues and customers at various agencies or at customers’ homes
• Networking in the region: Your network in the region helps you.
• Very good oral and written expression in German and French.
