CERTIFIED NURSE HF/FH – ENTRY INTO OUTPATIENT PSYCHIATRY

For our client, an established organisation in the outpatient healthcare sector in the Basel region, we are looking for a committed and open-minded Certified Nurse HF/FH.


You have nursing professional experience and are interested in supporting people with mental illnesses? Then you have the opportunity to apply your existing expertise in a new and exciting field of work.


Nurses from somatic care are also warmly welcome – psychiatric professional experience is not a prerequisite.

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Certified Nurse HF/FH or equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in various specialist areas
• Interest in the psychiatric field and willingness to develop professionally
• Independent, structured and responsible working style
• Strong social skills, empathy and enjoyment in working with people
• Confidence in assessing different nursing situations
• Good German language skills as well as basic IT user knowledge
• Willingness to carry out assignments by bicycle

Tasks

• Independent nursing, counselling and support of people with mental illnesses in their familiar environment
• Assessment of individual care and support needs
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of appropriate nursing measures
• Promotion of independence and support in coping with everyday challenges
• Support of people in different and sometimes demanding life situations
• Collaboration with relatives as well as various internal and external professionals
• Ensuring professional nursing documentation
