Administrative Secretary 80%

Your main tasks
- Proactive and independent support of the medical staff in all administrative and organisational matters
- Organisation of meetings and teleconferences including room reservations and catering
- Organisation of congresses and symposia
- Typing medical reports from dictation
- Reporting including controlling
- Administrative assistance in preparing the consultation hours
- Administrative preparation of case presentations for kidney transplantation/living kidney donation
- Fee and operating performance controlling
- Processing legal service enquiries
- Maintaining various lists and statistics
- Introduction of new employees to KISIM (clinical and information system)
- General secretarial duties including triage
- Representation of other secretarial staff
Your profile
- Several years of experience as a medical and/or hospital secretary
- Very good oral and written German and English skills, as well as French and/or Italian skills advantageous
- Good PC user skills
- Flexibility, resilience and good knowledge of medical terminology
- Independent, flexible, team-oriented and reliable personality
