Our main expertise lies in the creation, management and administration of Private Label funds. We offer banks, wealth management companies, insurance companies, pension funds as well as family offices tailor-made fund solutions under Swiss law. Together with our clients, we create funds with the aim of providing a solid offer perfectly adapted to their needs. We are open in the choice of investment areas and refrain from standard solutions. As part of a new position creation, we are looking for a motivated and competent person as Legal Counsel 80%-100% (m/f) Morges or Zürich.

What awaits you?

- Collaborate on all legal, contractual and compliance activities involving the company and the managed products.

- Participate in the launch process of new tailor-made products and actively support this process in agreement with the responsible Relationship Manager.

- Assist in advising and supporting clients during strategic changes of collective capital investments (life cycle management). Study the legal bases and draft contracts for efficient management of existing funds.

- Manage contacts, whether in terms of content, communication or process with all involved parties: external clients, notaries, land registries, financial service providers, FINMA as well as the relevant internal departments (Risk Management, Real Estate Administration and Real Estate Accounting).

- Control real estate transactions, loan and guarantee contracts of private debt products (in case of discrepancies with standard contracts).

- Develop internal guidelines and procedures and update them whenever necessary.

- Conduct internal compliance audits and draft related reports.

- Perform monitoring and controls related to anti-money laundering law, conflicts of interest, various contractual tasks and draft a report for the SICAV Board of Directors.

- Conduct initial and recurring due diligence of agents in collaboration with the responsible internal specialist.

What do you bring?

- Professional experience in Asset Management and funds would be an asset.

- Master’s degree in law.

- Strong language skills in FR/DE, EN is a plus.

- Open and spontaneous personality, results-oriented.
