Experis is recruiting a Manufacturing IT Architect 4.0 to design and deploy scalable manufacturing IT solutions for international industrial environments.
In this role, you will lead the architecture and integration of key systems including ERP, MES, WMS, and industrial data platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between business and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end IT architectures for manufacturing sites.
- Define integration strategies between ERP, MES, WMS, automation, and data systems.
- Lead customer workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate vendors, integration partners, and internal teams.
- Support deployment, validation, testing, and go-live activities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture within manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
- Proven expertise in ERP/MES integration and production systems architecture.
- Strong customer-facing experience, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English (C1+); French, German or any other language is a plus.
Travel Requirements
This position requires 20-30% international travel. Flexibility is essential, as projects regularly involve visits to customer and production sites worldwide. During key deployment phases, candidates should be prepared to spend several consecutive weeks on-site abroad to support integration, testing, and go-live activities.
