Our client is a solid and globally successful Swiss family business in the Lake Constance / Eastern Switzerland region. With a state-of-the-art machine park, the company sets a strong example for the Swiss production location and highest precision. To strengthen the manufacturing department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a quality-conscious and experienced specialist for the machining centres.
Polymechanic CNC Turning / DMG (m/f/d)
Your tasks: Precision on state-of-the-art equipment
- Independent setup, programming and operation of modern CNC machining centres (focus on DMG Mori)
- Quality-compliant production of demanding precision parts (from single parts to small and medium series)
- Continuous monitoring of machining processes as well as independent execution of dimensional and programme corrections
- Conscientious execution of operator self-inspection to ensure strict internal quality requirements
- Provision, setup and measurement of the required machining tools
- Active thinking and contribution of ideas for continuous process optimisation

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Sound and proven professional experience in chip-removal manufacturing on CNC machines
- Demonstrated practical and operational knowledge on DMG machines (e.g. with Siemens or Fanuc controls)
- An exact, absolutely independent and highly quality-conscious way of working
- A high degree of reliability as well as enjoyment of working in a collegial team
- Flexibility and general willingness for assignments in regulated shift work (if required)
