STORE MANAGER 100% (m/f/d)

Job description

You lead our store in Bern with a clear view of the big picture: You understand how sales, team dynamics, and customer experience influence each other and use this interplay purposefully to successfully further develop the store.

• You take entrepreneurial responsibility for your store and actively drive growth, profitability, and customer experience
• Responsible for purchasing goods, inventory management, and product transfer of the offered products (Swatch, Bijoux, and Flik Flak)
• You lead, develop, and inspire your team and create a positive, performance-oriented sales culture
• You plan and organize staff deployment as well as all operational processes in the store
• You use KPIs purposefully as a management tool, make bold decisions, and take ownership of the results
• You ensure a convincing customer experience and respond situationally to an international clientele
• You actively position yourself and the store in the local market, build a strong network, and use opportunities to gain new customers

Profile

• Several years of experience in a leadership role in retail with overall responsibility for a store
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good sense for key figures and their targeted control in daily business
• Proven experience in leading, developing, and motivating teams
• Ability to efficiently manage operational processes and clearly set priorities even in a dynamic environment
• Confident, communicative personality with a strong customer orientation
• Local networking in Bern or willingness to actively build this up and use it for the further development of the store
