Technical Service Building Envelope 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions about building envelopes and façade systems. You competently advise architects, planners, and builders on our products and solutions. In doing so, you create technical documentation, conduct product training, and support the planning and tendering of projects. You work closely with sales and project management to ensure that technical challenges are optimally resolved. Additionally, you accompany projects from the offer phase to execution and are available for questions regarding installation and site management.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training or degree in the field of construction technology, façade construction, or comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge in the area of building envelopes, façade systems, or metal construction

• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters clearly

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

• Confident handling of CAD software and MS Office

• Willingness to travel for customer visits and site appointments

• Team spirit and an independent, solution-oriented working style
