For our increasingly popular TCS Camping sites in Switzerland, we are looking for friendly, flexible, reliable, and hands-on team players like you. For our restaurant in Flaach/ZH, Restaurant Stäubis & Badikiosk, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager 100% starting immediately or by arrangement (permanent annual contract).

You feel most comfortable when the place is buzzing. You are a born host, keep a clear head even in hectic times, and ensure that campsite guests and external restaurant visitors can enjoy a tasty break. You are a trusted contact person for your employees and always have an open ear for your guests' wishes. If you are interested, apply now. Your challenges

• Operational management of the restaurant and the pool kiosk according to business principles. Active participation and overall responsibility
• Management of a restaurant with a pool kiosk
• Building, maintaining, and developing successful cooperation with authorities, local tourism organisations, and other partners
• Direct reporting to the responsible TCS Catering Management
• Administration of the annual maintenance budget for the restaurant operation and kiosk

How to succeed in your role

• You bring experience in catering, hospitality, para-hospitality, or camping and have solid knowledge in catering, ideally as a trained restaurant specialist with further education
• You are used to personally and customer-oriented managing an SME and enjoy the informal atmosphere with restaurant, pool, and camping operations
• You are flexible, motivated, and work independently according to our principles
• You feel comfortable in the German language (spoken and written); English and French skills are an advantage
