ICT System Administrator - Infrastructure & Support (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You ensure competent 1st and 2nd level support and assist employees with questions and issues related to hardware and software.
You administer our server, network, Microsoft, and client environments and ensure their reliable operation.
You monitor the infrastructure, perform maintenance, and sustainably resolve technical problems.
You implement security measures, updates, patches, and permission concepts, actively contributing to the security of our IT landscape.
You identify improvement potentials, standardise systems and processes, and continuously develop the IT environment.
You independently realise technical projects, migrations, and system changes – from planning through implementation to documentation.
You work closely with your team as well as internal and external contacts and maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and already gained solid experience in system administration.
You are familiar with Microsoft-based infrastructure environments and have a good understanding of servers, networks, and IT security.
You ideally have experience with Citrix or comparable virtual desktop technologies.
You gladly take responsibility and enjoy analysing and solving technical challenges independently.
You work in a structured, reliable, and service-oriented manner and can prioritise even in hectic situations.
You are a team player and appreciate the short communication paths and direct exchange in a small IT team.
