We are looking for our client, a renowned company in the Thurgau (TG) region, for an immediate start or by arrangement, a motivated and reliable individual as Site Manager Santé.

Your tasks:

• Team leadership & development: You lead, promote and inspire your team of around 55 employees and ensure strong collaboration.

• Mandate & quality responsibility: You manage your mandates qualitatively, financially and personnel-wise. In doing so, you ensure the highest hygiene and quality standards through targeted coaching and controls.

• Customer relations & consulting: As the first point of contact, you maintain close communication with our customers and advise on all technical matters.

• Process optimisation & administration: You plan, organise and optimise daily workflows interdisciplinarily. In addition, you take on the budget, recruitment of new talents, and material management.

Your profile:

• Solid expertise: Completed training or further education in housekeeping, cleaning or facility management with several years of practical experience.

• Industry experience: Experience in healthcare (hospitals, care homes) or hospitality.

• Leadership personality: Proven leadership experience combined with a hands-on mentality.

• Strong soft skills: Empathetic, communicative and solution-oriented personality with pronounced organisational talent.

• Competencies: Fluent German skills (additional languages advantageous) as well as proficient use of MS Office.
