We, the emotion company, are a full-service agency specialising in emotion marketing and events. From planning to implementation, we design creative projects that inspire people. For our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated person for an internship (duration by arrangement) who wants to get involved and not just watch, but take responsibility themselves.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Event organisation: Support in planning, organising and executing events – from shopping centre experiences to lifestyle and influencer events.
• Collaboration with project management: You will work closely with the event marketing project management and actively support them in all tasks.
• Office work: Assistance with administrative tasks, preparing offers, research and organisation in the back office.
• Event coordination on site: Be there live when it gets exciting and support the coordination and implementation of events.
• Own responsibility: Take on smaller projects and tasks independently and actively contribute your ideas.

Qualifications

Your profile:

• You are curious, motivated and like to think along – recognising connections comes naturally to you.
• You are capable of working independently and are not afraid to take on responsibility.
• Organisational talent, creativity and attention to detail characterise you.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• Initial experience in the event sector or marketing is an advantage but not essential. You are flexible and also willing to help out in the evenings or at weekends if needed.
