Role:

An ERP project stands and falls with thorough planning and clear communication. As Project Manager ERP Solutions, you take on exactly this responsibility and independently lead implementations, migrations, and further developments of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to success. You combine business thinking with technical foresight. Your clients benefit from a contact person who understands their processes and shapes their system landscape in the long term.

Responsibilities:

• You manage project phases, resources, and milestones from analysis to go-live, always keeping dependencies in view.

• In workshops, you capture business requirements within the scope of requirements engineering and translate them into viable concepts for areas such as sales, purchasing, finance, or human resources.

• Furthermore, you decide where standard functions and parameterisation suffice and where custom developments or interfaces to third-party systems are necessary.

• You bring developers, business units, and external partners together and ensure smooth collaboration.

• In addition, you are responsible for the transfer of master and transactional data, define test cases, and plan go-live and hypercare phases.

• You also analyse existing installations, identify optimisation potential, and drive digitalisation and automation with your clients.

Qualifications:

• You bring at least three years of experience in managing ERP projects or similar business software initiatives.

• You combine solid process knowledge with IT understanding, ideally based on a technical or commercial education.

• Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and validation as well as with testing and release processes is part of your repertoire.

• You understand exactly how ERP solutions, databases, and adjacent applications interact. You specify integration requirements precisely.

• You apply classic as well as agile methods appropriately and maintain an overview even with parallel project streams.

• Additionally, you convince with fluent German, a solution-oriented mindset, and a manner that builds trust with clients.
