For our client, we are looking for an experienced fitter who is already confident in revisions and installations and consciously aims for the next step towards chief fitter. - Preparation of tools, materials, and site setup for revisions
- Technical execution according to plan, including quality and safety requirements
- After induction: leading an installation team, coordination and task allocation
- Direct customer contact on site including feedback and service reports
- Participation in improvements in processes, material logistics, and deployment planning
- Installation experience in plant, power station, or industrial construction is an advantage
- Technical understanding, precise working method, safety awareness
- Team player and customer-oriented, even under tight deadlines
- Leadership potential (initial experience advantageous)
- Very good German; willingness to travel for assignments in Switzerland/Germany

Tasks
- Installation and revision work on industrial/energy systems (planned assignments)- Preparation of tools, materials, and site setup for revisions

Profile
- Training in the metal sector or as an agricultural machinery/truck mechanic- Installation experience in plant, power station, or industrial construction is an advantage
- Technical understanding, precise working method, safety awareness
- Team player and customer-oriented, even under tight deadlines
- Leadership potential (initial experience advantageous)
- Very good German; willingness to travel for assignments in Switzerland/Germany
