Job Description

Continuous working hours without room service hours

Participation in maintaining the high quality standards
Independent management of a station (Gardemanger, occasionally Entremetier)
High-quality preparation and production of dishes at 14-point GaultMillau level
Input in menu design
Control and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP

Qualifications

Completed training as a cook and passion for your profession
Experience in fine dining
Interest in modern, creative, and high-quality cooking
Independence, resilience, and flexibility
Team spirit
