Role:
In this role, as an IT system operation and support specialist, you take central responsibility for the stable and secure operation of internal IT systems and infrastructure. You work in an exciting technological environment with IoT air measurement devices and air purification systems, ensuring that the systems run reliably and performantly. You support the teams at the Swiss technology centre with your expertise and ensure that the IT environment optimally meets their requirements. You are responsible for the maintenance, further development, and integration of the IT system landscape across multiple locations, actively shaping the technological future.
Responsibilities:
- You manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, Windows Server, network, security, and endpoint systems.
- In this role, you ensure stable IT services for development, production, logistics, sales, and administration.
- As an IT system operation and support specialist, you further develop the IT infrastructure in Switzerland and at international locations.
- You take responsibility in IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and technical optimisations in close collaboration with departments, local IT contacts, and external partners.
- In this role, you analyse complex faults in 2nd- and 3rd-level support and implement sustainable solutions.
- You document technical standards for a professional and future-proof IT landscape.
Qualifications:
- Education or further training in computer science as well as several years of practical experience as an IT system engineer
- Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID as well as experience with Azure, hybrid environments, and modern identity and security concepts
- Solid know-how in network, firewall, VPN, WLAN, backup, monitoring, and endpoint management
- Confident handling of IT security topics such as permissions, MFA, conditional access, and system hardening
- Strong ability to analyse technical problems in a structured way and implement pragmatic, sustainable solutions
- Enjoyment in questioning, improving, and automating existing systems, as well as very good German and good English skills
