Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Development and further advancement of process know-how for flash butt welding

• New / further development of rail welding machines

• Interface to stakeholders such as product management, sales, operations and customer service

• Support of service technicians during commissioning at the customer

• Worldwide travel activity of around 10%

What do I need to be successful?

• Mechanical engineer FH, ETH, University

• At least 5 years of experience in development and design; ideally in mechanical/plant engineering

• Very good German and English skills at level B2 or higher, additional languages are an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office; preferably experience with NX (Siemens), SAP and FEM

• Independent and flexible personality with strong analytical skills
