Responsibilities:
- Installation, Maintenance and Repair: You are responsible worldwide for the installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment and systems at customer sites
- Commissioning and Troubleshooting: You carry out commissioning, diagnose faults, and ensure their prompt resolution
- Customer Support and Training: You are the main contact for customers, conduct training on the operation and maintenance of the equipment, and assist with technical questions
Qualifications:
- Education: Completed training with solid knowledge in mechanics, electronics, or control technology, ideally with experience in handling NC-controlled machine tools
- Technical Competence: You possess strong technical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficiently
- Language Skills: Very good German and English skills enable you to communicate precisely and prepare technical documentation
