Role:
In this role, you are responsible for the management and further development of two office properties of our ROCKEN partner. You lead conversion, renovation projects, space and occupancy concepts, and ensure technical operation and maintenance. You lead a small team and optimise the processes of property management.
A technical, construction-related or real estate-specific education as well as experience in real estate, facility management or construction project environment form your professional basis. Communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, pragmatic working style complement your profile.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the technical and organisational further development of the two office properties.
Leading conversion, renovation and new occupancy projects also includes coordinating planners, contractors, craftsmen and other external partners.
You plan space, area and occupancy concepts and implement them.
Your duties include ensuring the ongoing technical operation, maintenance and upkeep.
In addition to leading a small team, you help shape the development of property management and optimise its processes.
Qualifications:
You have a technical, construction-related or real estate-specific education or equivalent further training.
Experience in real estate, facility management, construction or project environment complements your profile.
You bring experience in organising conversion, renovation or maintenance projects.
Leadership experience is an advantage.
Good organisational skills and enjoyment in coordinating various stakeholders characterise you.
Your working style is independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
You are proficient in using Excel.
