What is my role?

• Assembly and wiring of pre-assembly units

• Installation and wiring of circuit boards as well as electrical and pneumatic components

• Cabling of complete machines and process engineering plants

• Working according to electrical schematics and technical documents

• Reading, understanding and, if necessary, partially correcting electrical schematics

• Carrying out electrical tests according to EN 60204 and other relevant standards

• Checking the professional and correct electrical installation

• Independent fault finding and rectification of electrical problems

• Compliance with quality and safety regulations

• Documentation of the work performed

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as Automation Technician EFZ, Automation Assembler EFZ, Electrical Installer EFZ or a comparable electrical engineering qualification

• Professional experience in electrical assembly, electrical fabrication or plant construction is an advantage

• Good knowledge in wiring and cabling of machines and plants

• Confident handling of electrical schematics and technical documents

• Good electrical engineering knowledge

• Knowledge of relevant electrical installation standards, especially EN 60204

• Experience in electrical testing and fault finding is an advantage

• Independent, careful and reliable working style

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of varied tasks

• Team spirit and good communication skills

• Good German language skills
