Tasks

Individual induction programme to understand the core business of a Coop supermarket from A to Z
Training in all departments, procedures, processes and systems
Introduction to a leadership role as district manager, department head or deputy managing director with operational and conceptual tasks
Completion of internal professional training in sales, inventory management, personal skills and leadership

Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in retail
Leadership experience and further training advantageous
Willingness to change the sales location within the region during the training programme
Confident appearance, assertiveness and high social competence
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
