Job Description

On behalf of our client, an independent investment group combining financial expertise and technological innovation, we are looking for a hands-on AI Business Analyst with practical experience of Claude in a professional environment.

Attached to the Technology team, you will work directly with business teams to integrate AI into their daily activities. This operational role involves intensive use of Claude: understanding needs, experimenting, configuring solutions, testing their effectiveness, and supporting their adoption.

We favour a junior profile, quick and agile, with practical experience of Claude, good communication skills, and a desire to learn and act on the ground. Knowledge of finance is an advantage.

The position is based in Geneva, with regular on-site presence and the possibility of remote work according to agreed terms. It is offered as a Try & Hire, with a prospect of a permanent contract.

Main Responsibilities

• Work daily with business teams to understand their activities and identify the most useful AI applications.
• Use and configure Claude intensively to improve processes, facilitate access to information, and automate certain tasks.
• Design, test, and adjust instructions, projects, and workflows tailored to user needs.
• Transform individual initiatives into reliable, shared, and reusable solutions.
• Formalise business requirements and coordinate their implementation with engineers.
• Support users on the ground, gather their feedback, and disseminate best practices.
• Contribute to managing access, permissions, and data confidentiality with the Technology team.

We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria:

• Practical experience of Claude in a professional environment, with examples of achievements and a desire to make it a central tool in your daily work.
• A quick, curious, and agile mind, able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into operational solutions.
• Clear communication and a hands-on approach, to collaborate with teams and support users.
• Autonomy, pragmatism, and technical ease to explore data and liaise with engineers. Knowledge of development, databases, or Git is appreciated.
• Knowledge of finance is an advantage.
• Fluency in French and a minimum B2 level in English.
