Bell Captain 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Leading our bell team with 2 employees, including deployment planning and training
• Warm welcome and farewell to our guests
• Luggage service and luggage storage
• Receiving and parking guests' vehicles (valet parking)
• Mail and errands in the city
• Professional handling of guest concerns and complaints
• Keeping an overview during large events, group arrivals, and lots of luggage
• Access control at the hotel entrance

What we wish from you

• Professional experience in a comparable position in upscale hospitality
• First leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a small team
• Very good German and English skills; any additional foreign language is an advantage
• Strong guest orientation and a confident appearance, even in hectic situations
• Organisational talent and the ability to keep an overview when the lodge is busy
• Sense of responsibility and a swift, independent working style
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekend shifts

For this position, we can only consider applications with a valid category B driving licence.
