Claims Service Assistant (m/f/d) General Agency of Bellinzona

As a claims service assistant, you will support our clients in a simple, competent and proactive manner throughout all phases of claims management. 

Your contribution

Thanks to your service orientation, you will stand by the client from the opening of the claim, providing advice and assistance throughout the process.

You will handle claims management until settlement, verifying the necessary documentation and coordinating with the various parties involved.

You will manage telephone and written communications professionally and contribute to ensuring an efficient, reliable and high-quality service. 

Your skills

• Commercial training in the insurance sector (AFA certification is a plus)
• Experience in claims management and knowledge of insurance products
• Solution-oriented, initiative, decision-making ability and determination
• Aptitude for using IT tools and new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent spoken and written Italian. Good spoken and written German (is an advantage)
