Responsibilities:
Coordination of all purchasing activities within ongoing customer and investment projects.
Development of procurement strategies taking into account project-specific requirements.
Analysis of offers and negotiation of suitable purchasing conditions.
Ensuring material availability in coordination with logistics.
Ongoing monitoring of cost development and compliance with financial frameworks.
Assessment of possible supply bottlenecks and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
Optimisation of collaboration between purchasing, engineering and project management.
Ensuring correct procurement data and ERP foundations for operational processing.
Qualifications:
Technical basic training with business or purchasing-specific further education.
Further education at HF or FH level in business administration, purchasing or mechanical engineering.
Solid experience in purchasing project-related goods and services.
Industry knowledge from the industrial environment, ideally from plant engineering.
Experience in international procurement and handling of cross-border goods deliveries.
Knowledge in contract design, supplier management and commercial risk assessment.
Independent working style with strong negotiation skills and cost awareness.
Fluent German and good English skills.
