As a Senior Communication Manager, you shape Gruner's strategic positioning and effectively implement key communication topics. You think entrepreneurially, express yourself clearly and confidently, and develop sustainable messages. You independently lead your own strategic communication projects from conception to implementation, bringing foresight, structure, and execution strength. In our team, you take on a lot of personal responsibility, work closely with your colleagues, and contribute your editorial and conceptual experience to demanding communication projects.

- Conceptual-strategic preparation, planning, and management of internal and external communication measures for our Swiss and international locations
- Development of clear thematic architectures, cross-channel storylines, and effective content formats
- Further development of digital formats in close collaboration with the Social Media/Online Formats Project Manager. Experience with SEO and content optimisation for AI-based search systems is an advantage
- Co-design of strategic communication decisions at the corporate level
- Strategic and operational media and public relations
- Management of internal and external complex communication projects with topics from the engineering and planning environment
- Communication support for internal stakeholders at senior level
- Conception and support of video productions (storyboard to finalisation)
- Development of integrated content strategies across all relevant channels
- Ensuring a consistent brand appearance
- Over 10 years of experience in strategic communication - ideally on the corporate side
- Solid expertise in corporate communication, media relations, and marketing
- Proven experience in developing and managing complex communication projects
- Strategic competence combined with strong implementation skills
- German (native), French (fluent, at least C1), very good English skills
- A proactive and pragmatic personality with high social competence and strong team orientation as well as confident appearance at senior management level
