Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the efficient production of demanding precision parts
• Programming, setup and optimisation of modern turning-milling machining centres
• Independent processing of complex workpieces according to technical drawings and specifications
• Production of small series with high quality requirements
• Continuous optimisation of CNC programmes as well as manufacturing and machining processes
• Execution and documentation of quality inspections according to inspection planning
• Ensuring process stability, repeat accuracy and part quality
• Collaboration in the improvement and further development of manufacturing processes
• Carrying out preventive maintenance work and ensuring the technical readiness of the equipment
• Support in optimisation projects, industrialisation of new products and commissioning of new machines

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic or comparable technical basic training
• Several years of experience on complex turning-milling machining centres, ideally in the 5-axis area
• Sound experience in CNC programming, preferably with TopSolid
• Several years of experience in the production of precision parts
• Strong quality awareness and high accuracy in working methods
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented personality
• Interest in process optimisation and new manufacturing technologies
• Team-oriented, reliable and responsible working style
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
