About the job
On the rheumatology ward, patients with a wide range of conditions are treated. The spectrum ranges from highly acute inflammatory autoimmune diseases requiring rapid inpatient care to chronic pain patients admitted for an intensive movement and rehabilitation programme. In addition, eye patients as well as patients with dermatological and other internal medical conditions are cared for.

Your main tasks
- Patient-oriented care based on the definition of professional nursing, the nursing process and individual reference care
- Co-design of the patient process in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment
- Committed participation in the further development of the nursing profession
- Collaboration with those involved in leadership, education and professional development
Your profile
- You have a qualification as a nurse HF / FH and have already gained professional experience in an acute hospital
- You enjoy working together as well as shaping and maintaining relationships with highly acute inflammatory autoimmune patients as well as chronically ill people, but also take responsibility independently
- You feel comfortable in an innovative and development-oriented environment and are ready to actively help shape it
- You further develop your personal potential through self-reflection
