• Thanking guests on departure and collecting feedback
• Independently handling internal and external correspondence, such as emails and letters
• Implementing marketing and communication tasks, such as posting on social media
• Settling outstanding payments
• Learning and applying the basics of service
• Preparing simple dishes
• Performing cleaning tasks in guest rooms and the restaurant

What you bring with you:

• Secondary school level A with good learning ability and willingness to learn
• You enjoy direct customer contact, are service-oriented and have excellent manners
• You are responsible and flexible, especially regarding irregular working hours and weekend shifts
• Very good German language skills
• Basic knowledge of English and French is an advantage
