Role:
An experienced professional is sought for a position in the field of execution architecture. The scope of duties includes planning and coordinating complex construction projects across all planning phases as well as liaising with clients, specialist planners, and project participants. A personality with solid experience in execution planning and high competence in project coordination is sought.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the planning and coordination of construction projects across all planning phases
Creation and further development of execution and detailed planning
Coordination of collaboration with clients, specialist planners, and interdisciplinary project teams
Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and project specifications
Participation in the optimisation of planning processes and the successful implementation of demanding construction projects
Qualifications:
Completed studies in architecture or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning complex construction projects in Switzerland
Sound knowledge in execution and detailed planning
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD
Very good German language skills spoken and written; additional national languages or English are an advantage
