Architect / Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a versatile Architect / Project Manager to handle demanding private and public building projects. You will take responsibility for the entire planning and execution process of the SIA phases 31 to 53 and manage projects from design through tendering to realisation. You will work intensively with ArchiCAD and BIMCloud and coordinate clients, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors. Depending on experience, you will also independently take on project management and thus the technical and organisational control of your projects.
Responsibilities:
Handling and leading demanding architecture and building projects for private and public clients
Responsibility for preliminary design, construction design, approval procedures, tendering, execution planning, and realisation within the SIA phases 31 to 53
Development and elaboration of concept, working, execution, and detailed plans with ArchiCAD
Coordination of project planning with clients, specialist planners, contractors, and authorities
Ensuring consistent digital project processing with ArchiCAD and BIMCloud
Preparation of feasibility studies, variants, and architectural solution concepts for various tasks
Management and control of planning quality, deadlines, and costs within the projects supervised
Application of relevant SIA standards, building regulations, and Swiss planning standards
Support with tendering, awarding, and contractor coordination during the execution phase
Participation in architecture competitions and study assignments as well as in the development of corresponding project concepts
Creation of professional project documents, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
Qualifications:
Completed architecture studies FH/ETH/university (Bachelor or Master) or training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture with further education as a technician HF construction planning
Several years of professional experience in handling building projects across SIA phases 31 to 53, ideally with project management experience
Very good user knowledge of ArchiCAD and experience with BIMCloud
Sound knowledge of relevant SIA standards, building regulations, and Swiss planning processes
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign and Photoshop
Experience in conceptual, execution, and detailed planning as well as in coordinating external project participants
Very good German language skills spoken and written
