About the job
What is my role?
Our client is looking for you as an HR specialist for a central role in personnel management. You are the first point of contact for all employees and accompany them throughout their entire employee life cycle:

You support talent acquisition, onboarding and internal development programmes
As a sparring partner for HR management, you contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects
What do I need to be successful?
For this responsible position, you ideally bring a communicative personality who values confidentiality and genuinely enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds. Independence and attention to detail characterise your working style. You keep an overview even with complex tasks and work in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Professionally, you meet the following requirements:
Solid commercial or comparable training as well as a recognised HR qualification at least at assistant level
Analytical thinking and confident handling of digital tools are among your strengths
Initial practical experience in personnel administration or payroll accounting is an advantage
The willingness for continuous development in human resources is natural for you, as you want to keep your professional knowledge up to date and stay at the forefront.
What are my benefits?
Our client offers you a position where you can really make a difference. You actively shape HR processes and bear strategic responsibility in a family-like environment. You work in a very small and familiar HR team that lives diversity and values appreciation not only in words but in daily practice.
Your concrete benefits:
State-of-the-art working time models with genuine work-life balance: Flexibly organise your working day between office and mobile working
