What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual for a central interface role in technical customer service between engineering, customer relations, and organisation.

• You manage technical orders from inquiry to completion and develop customised offers for technical projects

• As a technical trusted advisor, you consult demanding customers and confidently navigate through complex documentation

• You analyse tricky cases, clarify issues, and find optimal solutions together with internal and external partners

• Ensuring efficient procurement processes and smooth operations is in your hands

• You combine technical know-how with commercial skills in billing and documentation

• As an independent contact person for defined regions, you actively shape customer relationships and take responsibility for your area

What do I need to be successful?

For this demanding interface position, you ideally bring a solid technical education, whether from vehicle technology, building technology, or a related field, combined with administrative skills. Alternatively, you have acquired a commercial background in a strongly technical environment and developed technical understanding.

What is important to us:

• Technical contexts are not a foreign language to you but your world. Ideally, you have already gained experience in a comparable interface position between engineering and customer service

• You move effortlessly between German and French languages

• Reliability, personal responsibility, and a strong sense of customer needs characterise your working style
