IT Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver the assigned IT projects, proactively mitigating risks regarding deadlines, cost, quality and scope, and provide transparent reporting to management,
• lead change management actions necessary for the success of IT projects (training, user support, possible decommissioning of applications...) to maximise the added value of projects for the business and the bank,
• ensure a high level of quality for functional and non-functional specifications by involving experts and, on this basis, design, prepare and manage user acceptance tests,
• produce opportunity studies, project charters and quality calls for tender, to ensure factual and effective decision-making by business and IT management,
• challenge technical solutions and systematically ensure with architects their compliance with the bank's architectural standards,
• contribute to the construction of a coherent annual plan of functional and technical evolutions of the domain's applications, aligned with the priorities of the business strategy,
• increase the mastery of BCV's information system over time, by improving the functional documentation of applications and ensuring quality technical documentation within projects.

Your profile:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as a project manager within an IT department, ideally in a Swiss bank,
• experience as a business analyst, project manager, product manager for CRM solutions,
• languages: good level of English mandatory, German a plus,
• knowledge of the banking environment and the issues of front office businesses (retail, corporate, private banking and/or asset management)
