IT Business Application Manager Logistics (m/f/d)

A versatile challenge for a personality with experience in application management and a good understanding of logistical business processes. In this role, you take responsibility for a central business application and ensure its stable operation as well as continuous development.
As a link between specialist departments, IT and external service providers, you accompany requirements, releases and projects and ensure that technical solutions are implemented in a practical manner.
Responsibilities:
Support and further development of a business-critical application for warehouse and logistics processes
Monitoring and coordination of incidents, problems, changes and releases
Investigation of error patterns within the application and at interfaces to ERP and other peripheral systems
Management of external software and IT partners as well as ensuring coordinated collaboration
Translation of business needs into concrete requirements and accompanying their implementation
Participation in projects and ensuring efficient collaboration between business, IT and external contacts
Qualifications:
Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in application management, ideally in the environment of warehouse or logistics systems
Understanding of ERP processes and the integration of various business applications
Practical experience in managing application operations, incidents, changes and releases
Experience with agile methods as well as Jira and Confluence
Customer- and solution-oriented personality with structured working style, good communication and pronounced team spirit
