THE STRATEGY, DEVELOPMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEM SERVICE

MAIN MISSIONS

• Manage the quality of IT support provided by our external partner: monitoring requests and incidents, escalations, meeting deadlines and user satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between the business units, the IT partner and suppliers, and coordinate needs and change requests with them
• Manage identities and access in information systems, as well as monitor the IT inventory
• Lead IT projects and participate in business projects as a digital services specialist
• Organise deployments and production rollouts, and support teams through change
• Monitor specific digital domains within the institution: care telephony and alarm broadcasting, connected building equipment, connected medical devices in collaboration with the Biomedical Service, digital exchanges with medical and care partners

SKILLS AND PROFILE SOUGHT

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT, ES/HES diploma or equivalent training
• Proven experience in an operational IT and project environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft environments (workstation, Active Directory, Microsoft 365) and good knowledge of infrastructure and networking
• Ability to work on non-office systems: telephony, connected equipment, interfaces
• Capacity to coordinate projects and multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
• Experience in managing service providers and monitoring service quality
• Good interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical contacts, especially healthcare professionals
• Autonomy, rigour, service orientation and confidentiality
• Fluency in French; technical English knowledge desired
• Driving licence and availability for regular travel between sites
