Operational Buyer 100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established company in the field of technical security and building solutions. The company develops and sells high-quality systems for professional use and supports its customers with individual solutions and comprehensive expertise. Responsibilities:
You manage orders for production materials and commercial goods.
Monitor stock levels and adjust disposition according to current demand.
Evaluate forecast data and prepare it for material planning.
Create, manage, and update framework agreements as needed.
Record production and external orders and support their administrative processing.
Analyse procurement processes and further develop existing procedures.
Check, code, and approve supplier invoices for payment.
Support apprentices in the purchasing department in daily business.
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship in commercial, technical, or logistics environment.
Further training as a purchasing specialist or technical buyer.
Several years of experience in disposition or operational purchasing.
Experience with production materials and commercial goods.
Confident use of MS Office.
Strong understanding of material flows and stock levels.
Independent and structured working style.
Fluent German and good English skills.
