What is my role?

• Independent calculation of tenders and creation of contractor variants

• Draw prefabrication plans for inserts and order materials

• Create weekly planning for VORFA

• Create price comparisons with suppliers

• Measure construction sites and create material lists

• Execute material orders for the projects

• Calculate additional and reduced costs

• Create and maintain performance records as well as calculate assembly times for construction projects

• Perform post-calculations in the sanitary sector

• Carry out additional measurements on construction sites

• Create revision documents and revision folders

• Create, edit and digitise control reports for construction projects

• Archive completed projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in the sanitary sector

• Ideally experience in calculation, work preparation and project support

• Good Excel skills, experience with Abacus is an advantage

• Independent and precise working style

• Teamwork, reliability and sense of responsibility
