In our manufactory in Dietikon, we are looking for an experienced, motivated and committed person for the Fine Bakery Department from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

What you will achieve with us
You will work in our fine bakery in our manufactory in Dietikon and carefully produce our popular yeast and puff pastry products by hand as part of a team. Your regular post in the fine bakery is the early shift starting at 04:00 or 05:00 and finishing between 13:00 and 14:00. Thanks to your interest and flexibility, you will also support the entire team in other positions if required, for example in the late shift or at the finishing post. Saturday shifts are also possible during the peak season.
Your tasks:
- Handcrafting our yeast and puff pastry products
- Producing our various small breads
- Making our seasonal items such as Christmas stollen and Easter products
- Careful processing of high-quality raw materials according to our proven recipes
- Ensuring our high quality and hygiene standards
- Active participation in the varied daily business of the fine bakery
- Contributing to the optimisation of our products and production processes
What we wish for
- Apprenticeship qualification as Baker-Confectioner*in EFZ or EBA
- Enjoyment of your trained profession as well as working in a team
- An exact and quality-conscious working method as well as resilience even in hectic situations
- An open and communicative personality with good physical condition, manual dexterity
- Mobility and flexibility
- Driving licence category B
- PC skills
- Good German language skills
