Your field of activity

• You work in our brand new Virtual Care Unit, which is at the forefront of digital healthcare. The people to be treated are cared for virtually around the clock
• You monitor and supervise our patients in real time using the latest remote monitoring and video technology
• In addition, you conduct on-demand video consultations to support and advise bedside nurses throughout the treatment and care process
• Analysing the collected data to support clinical decisions and optimise patient care in collaboration with the medical service of the respective specialist disciplines complements your field of activity
• Be part of a new team that continuously develops and implements new treatment models with the specialist departments to revolutionise patient care

Your experience

• You have comprehensive and long-standing knowledge as a certified nurse HF as well as in specialised areas such as emergency care and/or intensive care
• You have experience in the treatment and care of patients, especially cardiology, general internal medicine and neurology
• We benefit from your solid expertise with the clinical information system Epic and telemedicine platforms, including a high IT affinity, which is actively demonstrated and expected. Knowledge in digitalisation in healthcare is an advantage
• You have skills in the use of wearables and other technologies for patient monitoring and health promotion
