CNC Grinder (M/F)

Our agency, mandated by a Manufacture based in Geneva, is looking for an experienced CNC Grinder (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Profile sought:

• Federal VET Diploma as a Polymechanic, Production Mechanic, Micromechanic or equivalent training.

• Several years of proven experience in CNC grinding.
• Mastery of setting and fine-tuning CNC grinders.
• Proficiency in reading plans and ISO dimensioning.
• Mastery of conventional and precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to analyse a part, identify a deviation and make the necessary corrections.
• Knowledge of CNC programming or program modification is highly appreciated.

• Prepare, set up and put CNC grinders into production.
• Carry out grinding operations.
• Make necessary adjustments and corrections during production.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, operating sequences and manufacturing documents.
• Define and adjust grinding parameters: speeds, feeds, depths of cut, cutting conditions, etc.
• Assemble and adjust tools, grinding wheels and positioning devices.
• Ensure the production of single parts, small series or series according to needs.
• Perform dimensional and geometric checks using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Identify deviations and make necessary corrections to ensure process stability.
• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment.
