As an operations employee in our food industry, you will take on a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Your duties include:

• Production support: Assist in the manufacture of high-quality food products while adhering to all quality standards.
• Operating and managing equipment
• Quality control: Monitor and ensure product quality through regular checks and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Cooking various semi-finished products
• Packaging: Assist with packing and labelling products to ensure an appealing presentation
• Substitution and participation in cleaning (approx. 20%)

Requirements:

• You have already gained experience in the food industry, especially in production or packaging.
• Independence: You work autonomously, reliably, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Teamwork: Collaboration within the team is natural to you, and you actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Hygiene awareness: A strong awareness of hygiene regulations is a matter of course for you.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• You are willing to work weekends and night shifts.
