Administering advanced therapies
Collaborating and ensuring high-quality nursing care
Supporting and mentoring trainees as their daily contact person
Actively contributing to a positive team and clinic culture

Training as a qualified nurse AKP / DNII / HF / FH, re-entrants are also warmly welcome
Interest in the field of oncology and motivation for continuous development
Empathetic personality with strong social skills and composure
High flexibility and adaptability in daily work organisation
Strong skills in self-organisation and prioritisation

Flexibility in duty planning and openness to various working time models within the duty roster concept
Well-coordinated, helpful, and friendly team
Individual induction programme including targeted professional introduction to the oncology department
Easy access to a comprehensive internal training and further education programme as well as specialised training after successful induction to support individual development
Committed collaboration in a highly specialised interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment
