Assistant in Clinic Management 30-50%
from November 2026 or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Support of clinic management in business, administrative and organisational matters as well as administrative support of the medical staff
- Participation in financial and HR analyses as well as evaluations of data from the radiology information system
- Collaboration in accounting, monthly closing and controlling tasks including time and overtime controlling
- Support and deputising for the clinic manager in day-to-day operations, especially during holidays and other absences
- Participation in clinic management projects, especially in the areas of finance, personnel and organisation
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an assistant role, preferably in a demanding administrative or business environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector, especially radiology, is an advantage
- Independent, proactive and responsible working style with a high quality standard
- Strong organisational skills, networked thinking, team orientation and discretion
- Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Very good IT user skills, especially in MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of clinical information systems and SAP is an advantage
