Tasks

• You provide individual and resource-oriented care and support to residents within the key worker system.
• You share responsibility for the care and support processes.
• You maintain care and support documentation, plan care measures based on the care process, and contribute your expertise and experience in the long-term care sector.
• You help shape and develop the care and support area.
• You engage in work with relatives and actively participate in team meetings, projects, and working groups.

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228.– to CHF 113,882.– (100%) depending on experience.
