This role will support the sales team by being in close contact with customers and sales Team.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities and Duties</b></p><ul><li>For your customers, you represent the interface to other internal service areas (customer service, technical customer service)</li><li>The role is responsible for a variety of sales support and order processing functions for internal and external customers to facilitate business objectives</li><li>The focus is on quantitative point-of-care rapid tests</li><li>The role will partly contain Customer Care and follow ups for Campaigns</li><li>This role will monitor contract management and support the sales team for customer care</li><li>Maintenance of the CRM System</li><li>Direct support would include dealing with inbound customer contact (i.e. enquiries, complaints, placing orders), order processing, order management/status, outbound contact, updating customers on orders</li><li>Dealing with non-technical complaints or enquiries (i.e. late shipment, back order)</li><li>Indirect support would include preparation of tenders and contracts and reports for the sales organisation</li><li>Use of computerised system for tracking and information gathering related to order management</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Ideally you have experience to work with Health Care Professionals or knowing the world of Primary Care</li><li>Fluent in German, English basic language skills required.
