Team Leader Acute Geriatrics - 100%

Your tasks

• Ensuring the organisation, coordination and leadership of acute geriatrics
• Responsible for personnel management, development and planning
• Responsible for the training, personnel and operational budget and ensuring compliance
• You competently care for and support our patients in an interprofessional treatment team
• You take responsibility and control of the nursing process for your assigned patients
• You assume both daily and specialist responsibility, acting as an active contact person for our patients
• You actively participate in the practical training of nursing students and apprentices

Your profile

• You have a completed and Swiss-recognised diploma-level nursing education at tertiary level (HF / FH) and already have initial professional experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland
• You are willing to apply nursing diagnostics practically using electronic patient documentation
• You are characterised by a warm and humorous basic attitude as well as confident communication with our patients in German (spoken and written)
• Leadership experience in acute care is an advantage
