Tasks

• friendly greeting and care of our national and international customers
• accompanying and serving customers in the customer zones
• reserving and monitoring customer rooms
• support at events in the customer zones, serving in-house lunch and dinner
• professional operation of the telephone switchboard

Requirements

• commercial training
• confident German and very good English skills; French/Italian an advantage
• service-oriented, team player and well-groomed appearance
