Technical Support Engineer - Cloud & Security Systems (m/f/d)

You support system partners at 2nd level and find solutions for technical questions regarding our systems and applications.
You manage cloud-based platforms, configure instances and ensure their reliable operation.
You install and maintain solutions at the customer site or remotely and accompany technical commissioning.
You analyse faults in Linux, network and cloud environments and coordinate further specialists if necessary.
You participate in projects, training and system setups and create clear technical documentation.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical apprenticeship EFZ and enjoy working hands-on with IT and security systems.
You have experience in support or system administration and ideally have already supported complex technical products.
You are familiar with Linux, container technologies and cloud environments and have a broad understanding of servers and networks.
You present yourself confidently to customers and partners, communicate clearly and find pragmatic solutions even in demanding situations.
You work reliably, independently and in a team-oriented manner and have very good German skills; Italian is a plus.
