The Swiss Cancer League, based in Bern, is the umbrella organisation of the 18 cantonal and regional cancer leagues. We have been committed to those affected by cancer and their environment for over 110 years. We strive for a world in which fewer people develop cancer. Our main tasks include advice, support, and information. We are active in cancer prevention and early detection and offer training and further education for professionals. The Swiss Cancer League is headquartered in Bern and is largely financed through donations.
For the further development and operation of the Salesforce CRM solution currently being introduced, we are looking for a immediate or by arrangement:
Your tasks
- Technical responsibility for the operation and further development of the Salesforce platform, especially Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, as well as the Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud used
- Administration and configuration of Salesforce, especially user and permission management, flows and automations, as well as data models
- Analysis, conception, and independent implementation of further developments in close collaboration with key users
- Creation of technical specifications and assessment of requirements, as well as close coordination in projects, further developments, and support cases
- Quality assurance of developments with technical review and acceptance of solutions implemented by external partners
- Maintenance of relevant master data and ensuring high data quality in collaboration with data analysts
- Maintenance, further development, and monitoring of interfaces, system documentation, and relevant operating environments
Your profile
- Completed training or degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience
- Several years of practical hands-on experience in the administration, configuration, and further development of Salesforce, especially with Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Knowledge of NPO-specific business processes and requirements
- Sound knowledge in the areas of Salesforce Flow, data modelling, user and permission management, and security concepts
- Good knowledge of APIs and integration concepts (REST/SOAP) as well as experience with interfaces between Salesforce and surrounding systems is an advantage
- Experience in working with external Salesforce implementation partners as well as the ability to assess technical concepts and implementations regarding quality, maintainability, and Salesforce best practices
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or comparable certifications are an advantage
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style, high personal responsibility, as well as pronounced interface and communication skills in collaboration with departments, key users, IT, and external partners
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
